Kent McCloughan

Kent McCloughan (born February 12, 1940, in Broken Bow, Nebraska) was a cornerback who played college football for the Nebraska Cornhuskers before joining the Oakland Raiders in the AFL in 1965. He played for the Raiders through 1969 and into their first NFL season in 1970. McCloughan was twice named first-team All-AFL and twice selected to the AFL All-Star Game. He was a member of the 1967 Raiders squad that won the AFL championship. Known for his use of bump-and-run coverage technique, his career was cut short by a serious knee injury.
