Oliver Kirby "Red; Buck" White (January 3, 1884 – April 22, 1943). Born and died in Hillsboro, Ohio. Standing 6-foot-0 and listed at 190 pounds, batted left-handed and threw right. He worked the major leagues from 1909 through 1911, spending the bulk of his career with the Pittsburgh Pirates of the National League. His professional career stretched from 1906 to 1915, bracketing his big-league time with seasons in the minors at both ends. Among collectors of the era, his card appearance is anchored by the E254 Colgan's Chips issue. He is interred at Hillsboro Cemetery in Hillsboro, Ohio.
