Louis Casimer Jankowski (June 27, 1931 – March 21, 2010) was a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played 131 NHL games with the Detroit Red Wings and Chicago Black Hawks between 1951 and 1955. Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, to a Polish immigrant family that later settled in Hamilton, Ontario, Jankowski developed his game with the OHA's Oshawa Generals, where he won the Eddie Powers Memorial Trophy after recording 65 goals, 59 assists, and 124 points in the 1950–51 season alongside Alex Delvecchio. Capable of playing both right wing and center, he spent the bulk of his professional career in the Western Hockey League through 1969.
