Martin James O'Toole (November 27, 1888 – February 18, 1949) was a right-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball who played five seasons across three teams from 1908 to 1914. Born to Irish immigrant parents, he grew up in Framingham, Massachusetts. O'Toole debuted with the Cincinnati Reds in 1908, then joined the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1911. His most active season came in 1912, when he went 15–17 with a 2.71 ERA and 150 strikeouts in 275⅓ innings, tying the National League lead in shutouts with six while also leading the league with 159 walks.
