Michel Dion (born February 11, 1954) is a Canadian goaltender who played professionally from 1975 to 1985 in the WHA and NHL. Before hockey, he spent two seasons in the Montreal Expos organization with the Cocoa Expos and West Palm Beach Expos. After starting his pro hockey career with the NAHL's Mohawk Valley Comets, Dion joined the WHA's Indianapolis Racers mid-season in 1975–76, earning the Ben Hatskin Trophy as the league's top goaltender in 31 appearances. He later played with the Cincinnati Stingers before the Quebec Nordiques claimed him in the 1979 WHA Dispersal Draft.
