Mike Hershberger (October 9, 1939 – July 1, 2012) was a right-handed outfielder from Massillon, Ohio who played 11 seasons in the American League. After graduating from Massillon High School and attending the University of Cincinnati, he signed with the Chicago White Sox in 1959. He held a starting corner outfield job for seven consecutive seasons (1962–1968) with the White Sox and Kansas City/Oakland Athletics, and also appeared with the Milwaukee Brewers and returned to Chicago in 1971. In 1966 he led the American League in sacrifice flies with seven. Over 1,150 games he compiled a .252 batting average with 900 hits and 344 RBI.
