Vaughn Michael Raines (born February 14, 1953) is an American football defensive tackle. At Alabama he was named Associated Press second-team All-American and All-SEC in his senior year and was the team's 1973 defensive player of the year. He was selected in the sixth round of the 1974 NFL draft by the San Francisco 49ers, for whom he played the 1974 season. He then moved to the Canadian Football League, where he played nine seasons for three teams: the Montreal Alouettes in 1975, the Ottawa Rough Riders from 1975 to 1982, and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 1982.
