Mike Taliaferro

Myron Eugene Taliaferro (born July 26, 1941) was a quarterback who played college football at Illinois, where he led the third-ranked Fighting Illini to a 17–7 Rose Bowl victory over Washington in 1964. He went on to play eight professional seasons from 1964 to 1972 in the AFL and NFL across three teams, earning an AFL All-Star selection in 1969. In 1974, Taliaferro signed with the Houston Texans of the World Football League.
