Milton John Sunde (1942–2020) was a guard for the Minnesota Vikings in the National Football League from 1964 to 1974. Born in Minneapolis and raised in Bloomington, Minnesota, Sunde played tackle at Bloomington High School under coach Shorty Cochran, earning All-State honors and helping the team reverse a winless 1958 season with an 8–0 record in 1959. He went on to play college football for the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers under coach Murray Warmath from 1961 to 1963 before entering the NFL, where he spent his entire professional career with Minnesota.
