Neil McNeil Colville (August 4, 1914 – December 26, 1987) was a Canadian center and later defenseman who played for the New York Rangers from 1936 through 1949. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, he anchored the "Bread Line" alongside his brother Mac and Alex Shibicky, winning the Stanley Cup with New York in 1940. During World War II he played for the Ottawa Commandos, capturing the Allan Cup in 1942. After returning to the Rangers as a defenseman, he became the second player in NHL history named to All-Star Teams at both forward and defense, behind Dit Clapper. He later served briefly as the Rangers' head coach.
