Paul Aaron Lindblad (August 9, 1941 – January 1, 2006) was a left-handed middle-relief pitcher who spent 14 seasons in the American League, pitching primarily for the Kansas City and Oakland Athletics. Born in Chanute, Kansas, he was a member of three World Series championship teams with Oakland. His most productive season came in 1969, when he posted career highs of nine wins and nine saves. A reliable fielder, he set a major league record by going errorless in 385 consecutive games from 1966 to 1974. At retirement in 1978, he ranked seventh in appearances among left-handed pitchers with 655.
