Ralph Eugene Neely (September 12, 1943 – January 5, 2022) was an offensive tackle in the National Football League. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and raised in New Mexico, he attended Farmington High School before playing college football at the University of Oklahoma. Neely spent his entire 13-season professional career with the Dallas Cowboys (1965–1977), appearing in 172 games. During that span he played in four Super Bowls. He was inducted into the New Mexico Sports Hall of Fame in 2014 and into Farmington High School's sports Hall of Fame in 1987.
