Randolph Charles Gradishar (born March 3, 1952) played linebacker in the NFL for ten seasons with the Denver Broncos during the 1970s and early 1980s. A native of Champion, Ohio, he earned both consensus and unanimous All-American recognition as a college player for the Ohio State Buckeyes before being drafted by Denver. With the Broncos he became the centerpiece of the "Orange Crush Defense," the unit that defined the franchise's identity during that era. Gradishar was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2024.
