Ray Collins

Alvin Raymond Collins (August 4, 1927 – November 3, 1991) was a professional football defensive tackle who played college football at Louisiana State University. In the NFL he appeared for the San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants, and also played in Canada for the Saskatchewan Roughriders (1953) and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (1955), earning All-Canadian honors with Hamilton. He later played in the American Football League with the Dallas Texans.
