Rob McLaren (born March 7, 1948) is a Canadian football linebacker from Vancouver, British Columbia. He played college football at Simon Fraser University. In the Canadian Football League he played for the Edmonton Eskimos, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, and BC Lions, ending his career with the Lions in 1978. He was listed at 6 feet tall and 212 pounds.
