Roy Lee Hilton (March 23, 1943 – January 6, 2019) was a professional football defensive end who played in the National Football League from 1965 through 1975. Born in Hazlehurst, Mississippi, he attended Parrish High School before enrolling at Utica Junior College and later transferring to Jackson State College, where he played both defensive end and wide receiver. He received a degree in health and physical education from Jackson State in 1965. Selected in both the 1965 NFL and AFL drafts, Hilton signed with the Baltimore Colts, who had chosen him in the 15th round.
