Shigeya Iijima

Shigeya Iijima was a Japanese professional baseball player who appeared with the Daiei Stars, a Tokyo-based club that competed in the Japanese Baseball League from 1946 until merging with another franchise in 1957. The Stars played their home games at Korakuen Stadium in Bunkyo, Tokyo, and spent much of their existence in the second division, recording only three winning seasons across the franchise's history.
