Robert Earl "Spiff" Campbell (July 23, 1900 – February 11, 1953) was a Canadian ice hockey defenceman born in Buckingham, Quebec. He played three seasons in the National Hockey League for the Ottawa Senators from 1923 to 1925 and the New York Americans from 1925 to 1926. Before reaching the NHL he played three seasons in the Western Canada Hockey League. His career spanned from 1921 to 1929, with much of it spent in various minor leagues.
