William "Spunk" Sparrow (September 15, 1897 – February 2, 1965) was a Canadian professional ice hockey forward. Born in Canada, Sparrow won the Allan Cup as Canadian amateur champion in 1916 with the Winnipeg 61st Battalion before turning professional. He appeared in 8 games for the Boston Bruins during the 1924–25 NHL season and also skated for the Regina Capitals, Edmonton Eskimos, and Calgary Tigers in the Western Canada Hockey League. He earned a place on the PHL First All-Star Team in 1927.
