Ted Dushinski

Ted Dushinski (November 10, 1943 – October 24, 2005) was a defensive back who played junior football with the Saskatoon Hilltops before joining the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL in 1965. He spent eleven seasons in Saskatchewan, earning a Grey Cup championship in 1966 when the Roughriders defeated the Ottawa Rough Riders 29–14 — the franchise's first Grey Cup title. He also appeared in the 1967 and 1969 Grey Cup games, both losses. Dushinski was named to the CFL All-Star Team in 1972. He finished his career with the BC Lions from 1976 to 1979, retiring for business and family reasons.
