Theodore Rodger Kubiak (born May 12, 1942, Highland Park, New Jersey) was a Major League Baseball infielder who played from 1967 through 1976. Signed by the Kansas City Athletics as an amateur free agent in 1960, he spent six seasons in the minors before making his big-league debut on April 14, 1967. He went on to play for the Milwaukee Brewers, St. Louis Cardinals, Texas Rangers, and San Diego Padres, posting career-best offensive numbers with Milwaukee in 1970, including a .252 batting average across 152 games. He was a member of the Oakland Athletics teams that won three consecutive World Series titles from 1972 to 1974.
