Terry Driscoll (born August 28, 1947) is an American forward who played college basketball at Boston College from 1966 to 1969, earning MVP honors at the 1969 National Invitational Tournament after leading the Eagles to the final. He was selected fourth overall by the Detroit Pistons in the 1969 NBA Draft. His professional career included stints with the Pistons, Baltimore Bullets, Milwaukee Bucks, and the ABA's Spirits of St. Louis, averaging 4.1 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. He also played and coached in Italy's Serie A, winning two Italian championships.
