Charles Thomas McMillen (born May 26, 1952, Mansfield, Pennsylvania) played forward in the NBA from 1975 to 1985 for the Buffalo Braves, New York Knicks, Atlanta Hawks, and Washington Bullets. He arrived in the league after a college career at the University of Maryland, where he was coach Lefty Driesell's marquee recruiting prize — rated the top high school player in the country in 1970. A Rhodes Scholar, McMillen later served in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Maryland's 4th congressional district from 1987 to 1993.
