Tom Wilkinson (born January 4, 1943, in Iowa) is an American quarterback who spent the bulk of his professional career in the Canadian Football League. After playing college football and baseball at the University of Wyoming, he began his professional career with the Toronto Rifles of the Continental Football League in 1966–67 before joining the Toronto Argonauts as a backup. He is best known for his years with the Edmonton Eskimos, where he played on six Grey Cup championship teams. Wilkinson earned Western Conference and CFL All-Star honors in 1974, 1978, and 1979, won the CFL's Most Outstanding Player Award in 1974, and has been inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.
