Tyrone Alexander Cline (born June 15, 1939, in Hampton, South Carolina) was a left-handed reserve outfielder and pinch hitter who spent eleven seasons in Major League Baseball. After earning All-American honors at Clemson University, where he played both outfield and pitcher, Cline signed with the Cleveland Indians following his junior year. He debuted in September 1960, recording a single off Frank Sullivan. Over his career he played for the Indians, Milwaukee and Atlanta Braves, Chicago Cubs, San Francisco Giants, Montreal Expos, and Cincinnati Reds, serving primarily as a versatile reserve through 1971.
