Veli-Pekka Ketola (born March 28, 1948) is a Finnish former professional ice hockey player and coach. He played 15 seasons in Finland's top flight, spending 10 with Porin Ässät, where his number 13 has been retired and he ranks fourth in all-time club scoring with 493 points. Ketola represented the Winnipeg Jets and Calgary Cowboys in the WHA, winning the Avco Cup with Winnipeg, before making his NHL debut with the Colorado Rockies in 1982. He was named to the SM-sarja and SM-liiga all-star team six times. Finland's top-scorer award in the Liiga bears his name. He represented Finland six times at the World Championship and twice at the Olympics.
