Victor Wilson Sears (March 14, 1918 – September 22, 2006) played guard and tackle in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1941 through 1953. Born in Ashwood, Oregon, he played college football at Oregon State College under head coach Lon Stiner, helping the Beavers win the 1940 Pineapple Bowl. Pittsburgh selected him in the fifth round of the 1941 NFL Draft, 33rd overall, then promptly traded him to Philadelphia. Over his Eagles career, Sears earned two NFL championships and was named to the NFL's All-1940s team.
