Vincent Johnson (born September 1, 1956) played guard in the NBA after a standout college career at McLennan Community College and Baylor University, where he averaged 24.1 points per game over two seasons and was a two-time All-American and two-time All-SWC selection. He went on to play for the Seattle SuperSonics and San Antonio Spurs before becoming a key reserve for the Detroit Pistons. Coming off the bench, he earned the nickname "the Microwave" for his ability to heat up and score quickly, contributing to Detroit's NBA championship runs in 1989 and 1990.
