Vladimir Petrov (1947–2017) was a Soviet ice hockey center who played in the Soviet Ice Hockey League from 1965 to 1983, spending the bulk of his career with CSKA Moscow. At club and international level, he centered a forward line alongside Boris Mikhailov and Valeri Kharlamov. Petrov represented the Soviet national team at three Winter Olympics, winning gold in 1972 and 1976 and silver in 1980, and competed in numerous IIHF World Championships, accumulating 154 points in 102 games to rank fourth all-time in World Championship scoring. He also participated in the 1972 Summit Series against Canada. Petrov was inducted into the IIHF Hall of Fame in 2006.
