Woody Dumart
Dossier
Woody Dumart (December 23, 1916 – October 19, 2001) was a Canadian professional ice hockey left wing who spent the bulk of his career with the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League. Raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Dumart was a cornerstone of the "Kraut Line" alongside Milt Schmidt and Bobby Bauer — a unit that helped the Bruins win two Stanley Cup championships. In 1939–40, the trio made history as the first line to finish first, second, and third in NHL scoring. Dumart was later inducted as an Honoured Member of the Hockey Hall of Fame.
