Albert Henry Bridwell (January 4, 1884 – January 23, 1969). A native of Friendship, Ohio, he died in Portsmouth, Ohio. Standing 5-foot-9 and listed at 170 pounds, batted left-handed and threw right. He worked the major leagues from 1905 through 1915, spending the bulk of his career with the New York Giants of the National League. His professional career stretched from 1903 to 1921, bracketing his big-league time with seasons in the minors at both ends. He appears across the issue universe of his day, most notably in E125 American Caramel Die Cuts, E254 Colgan's Chips, E90-1 American Caramel, E92 Croft's Candy, and E92 Croft's Cocoa. He is interred at Greenlawn Cemetery in Portsmouth, Ohio. Holy Redeemer Section - Division B - Lot 21.
