Angelo Coia (April 21, 1938 – January 2, 2013) was an American football end who played in the NFL for the Chicago Bears, Washington Redskins, and Atlanta Falcons. He played college football at USC and The Citadel and was selected in the 20th round of the 1960 NFL draft. A product of Northeast Public High School in Philadelphia, Coia played halfback alongside future Green Bay Packer Herb Adderley and helped lead the team to the 1955 Public League Championship. He also won the city sprint title at 220 yards. After his playing career, he worked as a scout for the Raiders and was a racehorse owner.
