Arvesta Kelly (born November 20, 1945) was a combo guard who played four seasons in the American Basketball Association. He attended Lincoln University in Missouri, where he originally arrived on a track and field scholarship, competing in javelin and finishing third in the Kansas Relays decathlon in both 1965 and 1966. He developed into a key contributor on the basketball court, earning All-Tournament honors after leading all scorers with 75 points across three games in the 1964 MIAA holiday tournament and helping Lincoln reach the NAIA Division I Tournament. Professionally, Kelly won an ABA championship with the Pittsburgh Pipers in 1968.
