Bernie Faloney (June 15, 1932 – June 14, 1999) was a professional football player who starred at quarterback in the Canadian Football League and in American college football. Born in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, he played high school football there before attending the University of Maryland, College Park. At Maryland, Faloney quarterbacked the Terrapins to the Sugar Bowl in 1952. In his senior season of 1953, he led Maryland to the NCAA Division I-A national championship and into the 1954 Orange Bowl. Faloney spent his professional career primarily with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League.

His honors span both sides of the border. Faloney is a member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame, Canada's Sports Hall of Fame, the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame, the Western Pennsylvania Hall of Fame, and the University of Maryland Athletic Hall of Fame. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats retired his jersey No. 10 in 1999. In 2005, he was inducted into the Ontario Sports Hall of Fame, and in 2006 he was voted to the Honour Roll of the CFL's Top 50 Players of the league's modern era by the Canadian sports network TSN. Faloney died on June 14, 1999, one day before his 67th birthday.
