William Henry "Big Bill" Abstein (February 2, 1883 – April 8, 1940) was a professional baseball player. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He stood 6'0" and weighed 185 pounds, batting and throwing right-handed. He played in the major leagues from 1906 through 1910, primarily with the Pittsburgh Pirates in the NL. His broader professional career spanned 1904 to 1916. He is pictured on T206 White Border. He died on April 8, 1940 in St. Louis, Missouri. He is buried at Bethlehem Cemetery in Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
