William Francis "Rough" Carrigan (October 22, 1883 – July 8, 1969) was a professional baseball player. He was born in Lewiston, Maine. He stood 5'9" and weighed 175 pounds, batting and throwing right-handed. He played in the major leagues from 1906 through 1916, primarily with the Boston Red Sox in the AL. He also managed in the majors from 1913 to 1929. He appears on E125 American Caramel Die Cuts, E95 Philadelphia Caramel, E97 Briggs Lozenges, and T204 Ramly. He died on July 8, 1969 in Lewiston, Maine. He is buried at Riverside Cemetery in Lewiston, Maine (Lot 0626).
