Bob Goldham

Robert John "Golden Boy" Goldham (May 12, 1922 – September 6, 1991) was a Canadian ice hockey defenceman who played in the NHL from 1941 through 1956. He began his career with the Toronto Maple Leafs, winning the Stanley Cup in 1942 and again in 1947, before being traded to the Chicago Black Hawks as part of the deal that brought Max Bentley to Toronto. In 1950 he moved to the Detroit Red Wings, where he served as Assistant Captain and earned three more Stanley Cup titles in 1952, 1954, and 1955. Named to the NHL Second All-Star Team in 1955, Goldham was known as the "Second Goalie" for his puck-blocking ability.
