Bob Hassard

Robert Harry Hassard (March 26, 1929 – December 30, 2010) was a Canadian ice hockey player born in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan and raised in Toronto. He played 126 NHL games with the Toronto Maple Leafs and Chicago Black Hawks between 1949 and 1954, spending the remainder of his career in the minor leagues. Hassard won the Allan Cup with the Toronto Marlboros and captured AHL championships with the Pittsburgh Hornets in 1952 and 1954. He later settled in Stouffville, Ontario, where he coached for many years.
