Bobby Simpson

Robert Samuel Simpson (born November 17, 1956) is a Canadian forward from Caughnawaga, Quebec of Mohawk heritage. He played major junior hockey in the QMJHL for the Sherbrooke Castors, accumulating 245 points over three seasons before turning professional. Selected fourth overall in the WHA Amateur Draft, Simpson instead entered the NHL as the 28th overall pick and went on to play 175 games across parts of a ten-year professional career with the Atlanta Flames, Pittsburgh Penguins, and St. Louis Blues, recording 64 points at the NHL level.
