Carl Frey Mauck (born July 7, 1947, McLeansboro, Illinois) was a center who played 13 seasons in the NFL from 1969 to 1981. He attended Southern Illinois University, where he played center and linebacker for the Salukis. His professional career began with the Baltimore Colts in 1969 and the Miami Dolphins in 1970, and he went on to appear in 166 regular-season games, including a streak of 156 consecutive starts. He played in eight career playoff games, highlighted by back-to-back AFC Championship Game appearances with the Houston Oilers in 1978 and 1979. He later worked as an NFL offensive line coach.
