Phillip Leon "Chip" Myers (July 9, 1945 – February 23, 1999) was a wide receiver who played college football at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma. Selected in the 10th round of the 1967 NFL/AFL Draft, he spent time in the Continental Football League with the Huntsville Alabama Hawks before signing with the Cincinnati Bengals of the AFL in 1969. He became a reliable part of the Bengals offense, posting a team-leading 32 receptions for 542 yards in 1970. Myers also played for the San Francisco 49ers during his NFL career.
