Cornell Warner (born August 12, 1948) is an American former professional basketball player who competed as a forward and center. Standing 6'9", he came out of Jackson State University and played seven seasons in the National Basketball Association from 1970 to 1977. Over that span he appeared for four franchises: the Buffalo Braves, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Milwaukee Bucks, and the Los Angeles Lakers. Across his NBA career he averaged 6.4 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. His statistically strongest season came in 1974–75 with the Bucks, when he averaged 7.6 points and 10.3 rebounds per game.
In October 1977, Warner signed with Fribourg Olympic Basket of Switzerland. He remained with the club through 1979, winning the Swiss national championship in both 1978 and 1979.
