Dave Shean, given name David William (July 9, 1883 – May 22, 1963). He was born in Arlington, Massachusetts and died in Boston, Massachusetts. He stood 5 feet 11 inches and weighed 175 pounds. He batted and threw right-handed. He debuted in the majors in 1906 and played his last big-league season in 1919, a stretch of 14 seasons, primarily with the Boston Braves of the National League.
