Dode Criss

Dode Criss (March 12, 1885 – September 8, 1955) was a professional baseball player. He was born in Sherman, Mississippi. He stood 6'2" and weighed 200 pounds, batting left-handed and throwing right-handed. He played in the major leagues from 1908 through 1911, primarily with the St. Louis Browns in the AL. His broader professional career spanned 1905 to 1917. He appears on E254 Colgan's Chips and T206 White Border. He died on September 8, 1955 in Sherman, Mississippi. He is buried at Sherman Cemetery in Sherman, Mississippi.
