Donald R. Buse, born August 10, 1950, is an American former professional basketball player. A 6-foot-4-inch point guard, he played 13 seasons from 1972 to 1985 in the American Basketball Association and the National Basketball Association, suiting up for the Indiana Pacers, the Phoenix Suns, the Portland Trail Blazers, and the Kansas City Kings.

Buse attended Holland High School, where he started from 1964 to 1968 and led the Dutchmen to Sectional Championships in 1967 and 1968. At Evansville he scored 1,426 points, ranking 13th all-time at the school, and stands ninth all-time in both scoring average, at 16.9 points per game, and field goal percentage, at .497.
