Duane Edward Franklin Rupp (born March 29, 1938) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman who played in the National Hockey League from 1963 to 1973 and in the World Hockey Association from 1974 to 1976.

Rupp began his NHL career with the New York Rangers and also played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Minnesota North Stars, and Pittsburgh Penguins. In Pittsburgh he became the first defenceman to score a hat trick in Penguins team history. He appeared in the 1968 NHL All-Star Game.

After playing the 1973–74 season with the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League, Rupp spent two seasons with the Vancouver Blazers and Calgary Cowboys of the World Hockey Association. He concluded his playing career in 1977 with the Rochester Americans of the AHL.

Earlier in his career he won a Memorial Cup championship in 1957, and he was named to the AHL Second All-Star Team in 1966, 1967, and 1974. His résumé also includes a Calder Cup championship in the AHL.

Following his retirement as a player, Rupp owned a sporting goods shop in Pittsburgh. He was inducted into the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame.
