Ed Chadwick

Edwin Walter Chadwick (May 8, 1933 – April 23, 2024) was a Canadian ice hockey goaltender who played in the NHL for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins between 1955 and 1962. He broke into the league during the 1955–56 season as a substitute for injured Harry Lumley, then played 140 consecutive regular-season games for Toronto over the following two seasons — a franchise record that still stands. After his NHL career ended, Chadwick scouted for the Edmonton Oilers, earning five Stanley Cup rings with his name appearing on the Cup in 1985, 1987, and 1990.
