James Edgar "Eggie" Lennox (November 3, 1883 – October 26, 1939) was a professional baseball player. He was born in Camden, New Jersey. He stood 5'10" and weighed 174 pounds, batting and throwing right-handed. He played in the major leagues from 1906 through 1915, primarily with the Brooklyn Robins in the NL. His broader professional career spanned 1904 to 1916. He is pictured on T206 White Border. He died on October 26, 1939 in Camden, New Jersey. He is buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Camden, New Jersey.
