Edward Cole Oatman (June 10, 1889 – November 5, 1973) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player born and raised in Springford, Ontario. A forward who began organized hockey at age ten, Oatman went on to a 32-year professional career spanning 1907 to 1939. He was a member of the Quebec Bulldogs when the club won the 1912 Stanley Cup, and he played with teams that claimed five league championships in total. The Pacific Coast Hockey Association named him an all-star for ten consecutive seasons. He also served as coach and captain of five different hockey teams. His brother Russell likewise played professional hockey.
