Eddie Mast

Eddie Mast (1948–1994) was an American professional basketball player who spent parts of three NBA seasons with the New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks. Born in Philadelphia, Mast played college basketball at Temple from 1966 to 1969, where he grabbed 22 rebounds in the championship game to help the Owls win the 1969 National Invitation Tournament. Selected by New York in the third round of the 1969 NBA draft, he instead spent a season with the Allentown Jets of the Eastern Professional Basketball League, earning Rookie of the Year honors and winning an EPBL championship in 1970 before signing with the Knicks.
